We're a small, independent plumbing business based at 6 Kingscroft in Kelso, covering the town and the surrounding Scottish Borders. No call centres, no subcontractors — the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it.
If something doesn't need doing, we'll tell you. If it does, we'll do it properly and stand behind the work. That's the whole pitch.
